The Global Fund project conducted a study to analyze national guidelines for HIV treatment, testing, prevention and related health services.
The assessment was conducted to verify whether these recommendations were in line with World Health Organization standards as presented in the Consolidated Guidelines for HIV Prevention, Diagnosis, Treatment, Care and Monitoring.
The study was conducted in eight countries, including Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Belarus and Moldova. The main objective was to assess current testing and treatment protocols and to develop recommendations for optimizing HIV diagnosis and treatment processes.
The study was conducted by the organization “100% Life” – Merezha PLHIV, with the support of the Alliance for Public Health, the #SoS_project 2.0 project and partners.
